在 windows 上使用 rails gemfile 安裝 sqlite3 1.4.0失敗時的解決方法

解決方法是，不要安裝 sqlite3 1.4.0，改成安裝 sqlite3 1.3.13 就好。

指定安裝 Sqlite3 1.3.13 的方法

在 rails 專案資料夾下找到 Gemfile，找到一行：

gem 'sqlite3'

將它改為：

gem 'sqlite3', '1.3.13'

然後存檔，回到命令提示字元，在專案資料夾下輸入以下指令：

bundle install

就完成了。

安裝 sqlite3 1.4.0 時，會遇到的錯誤訊息
